Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with a professional greeting.
• Schedule and dispatch customer service requests to technicians.
• Maintain log of all incoming calls and customer files.
• Coordinate and document communications affecting customers, employees or suppliers.
• Prepare weekly service call schedules and relay information to technicians.
• Follow up on surveys, service calls and complaints; provide written correspondence as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.
