The role focuses on handling high-volume calls, coordinating craftsman schedules, and using Service Titan or similar software to keep workflows up to date, while delivering professional, responsive service to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or inside sales (1+ year preferred).
• Organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable navigating home service systems and handling day-to-day scheduling.
• Must have Service Titan Software Experience or a similar platform.
• Previous home services, dispatch, or field ops coordination experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Support customers with scheduling, service coordination, and problem solving.
• Dispatch field technicians and manage dynamic calendars.
• Use Service Titan software (or similar) to manage workflows, scheduling, and updates.
• Provide sales and customer support with a focus on professionalism and speed.
