About ARCH Orthodontics
For 50 years, ARCH Orthodontics has been creating beautiful smiles across generations of New England families. Founded in 1974 by Dr. Robert Chavez and grown alongside his son, Dr. Andrew Chase, ARCH has expanded from a single office into six locations spanning the greater Boston area and Cape Cod— all while staying true to the same family-first values that built it. Our team lives by SPIRE: Support, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence, and it shows in everything we do, from how we treat our patients to how we treat each other. If you're looking for a workplace where your work genuinely changes how people see themselves — and where showing up with heart matters as much as showing up on time — you'll feel right at home at ARCH.
Launch your career as a Scheduling Coordinator / Front Desk Administrator—the person who keeps our office running smoothly and patients feeling cared for. You’ll build real-world skills in patient communication, scheduling accuracy, and front-desk operations while learning from a supportive team.
Key responsibilitiesYou start by getting the front area set for a steady Monday–Friday flow—reviewing the schedule, confirming a few appointments, and making sure you’re ready to welcome each person by name. Throughout the day, you shift smoothly between quick conversations at the desk and focused time at the computer, keeping the pace calm even when it gets busy. You’ll guide patients through check-in and check-out moments, help families understand what’s next, and keep communication moving between rooms so no one feels stuck waiting. By the afternoon, you’re tying up loose ends, preparing for tomorrow’s schedule, and leaving knowing the office ran better because you were there.
