You will create how-to videos and guides, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent customer outcomes. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a customer-facing role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales, advocacy or public safety).
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and translate features into value.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewals.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and re-engage using scaled campaigns.
• Help build and refine the scaled operating model to deliver efficient support to many agencies.
