Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to support hundreds of public safety agencies. You will drive adoption, monitor health metrics, and create self-service resources to maximize value and retention.

In this role, you will leverage automation and data analytics to deliver proactive guidance, while ensuring a consistent customer experience across a high-volume portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in advocacy, sales or public safety.
• Data-driven, process-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Clear written communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software and translate features into value.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live to renewal.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and re-engage users.
• Help build and refine the scaled operating model and efficient support processes.
• Create video and self-service resources; translate complex workflows into actionable content.
• Monitor community forums and enable a resource hub for peer insights.
