Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to support public safety clients. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, drive adoption, and ensure value and retention using automation and data analytics.

You will create self-service resources and translate complex workflows for customers, while partnering with content, engineering, and sales teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a customer-facing role, sales or public safety.
• Ability to translate complex software features into actionable guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis and driving adoption in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the high-volume customer journey from go-live through renewal.
• Analyze usage data to identify at-risk accounts and re-engage users.
• Help build the scaled operating model and efficient support processes.
• Create self-service resources and translate technical workflows for customers.
• Manage a community forum and nurture peer-to-peer sharing.
