Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years in administrative, clerical and accounting tasks.
• Proficient with basic bookkeeping and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale house computer to weigh trucks and monitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of tickets and manifests.
• Assist with recordkeeping, filing and standard reports.
• Identify customer accounts by driver dialogue and visual checks.
• Answer phones and provide hours, waste types and location information.
• Calculate payments and balance daily receipts.
• Ensure loads are safe and PPE is worn; communicate issues to supervisor.
