Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Must be able to use a computer and related devices throughout the workday.
• Ability to organize various office systems and multitask effectively.
• Great time management and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording inbound and outbound weights for local gate customers.
• Complete and maintain a variety of reports as directed by management.
• Assist in operational projects and daily events.
• Maintain record retention per company policy.
• Coordinate with multiple departments on operations activities.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Operations.
• Prepare local waste manifests and send to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive work environment with customers, vendors and staff.
