Job summary

Reworld seeks a dedicated individual to operate the scale house computer, weigh trucks, monitor inbound/outbound activity, and maintain accurate records of tickets and manifests. You will communicate with various departments to ensure correct billing and safe operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of admin/clerical experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Day shift with potential OT and weekend hours is included.

Qualifications

• GED/ HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience with administrative, clerical and accounting activities.
• Highly organized; knowledge of basic bookkeeping and records management.
• Proficient with computer systems and various business software; Excel essential.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines; vocabulary includes standard office terminology.
• Exposure to a physical environment with dirt, odors and noise.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale house computer to weigh trucks and monitor activity.
• Assist Operations Analyst with recordkeeping, filing and standard reports.
• Identify customer accounts by speaking with drivers and verifying visually for billing.
• Keep accurate records of tickets and manifests.
• Answer calls and provide information on hours, waste types and location.
• Balance daily receipts for accurate billing.
