Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused operations leader to run 4–6 DashMart sites, building and guiding a team of 4+ managers and 30+ indirect staff. You’ll own daily onsite performance, drive efficiency, safety and profitability, and spearhead cross-functional change to scale operations.

You’ll lead pilots for process improvements, maintain a strong employee experience, and ensure best-in-class customer fulfillment across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ employees and/or multi-locations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team (4+ direct reports; 30+ indirect) and act as culture carrier.
• Oversee day-to-day operations onsite for 4–6 DashMart locations; drive quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and pilots with cross-functional partners to boost operational metrics.
• Lead change management and frontline engagement to adopt best practices across sites.
• Collaborate with central teams to ensure top customer experience on every order.
