Job summary

Pinnacle in Virginia seeks an SBA Closing Advisor to coordinate with sales, credit, legal and closing teams to ensure on‑time delivery, strict compliance, and exceptional client experience. You will review loan approvals, prepare due diligence and closing packages, and ensure government‑guaranteed loans meet all regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with external counsel, ordering title insurance, and communicating updates to partners while maintaining a compliant and timely closing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of SBA SOP and processing requirements, USDA program parameters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.

Responsibilities

• Advise parties involved in all aspects of loan closing and ensure compliance.
• Prepare SBA Guaranty packages and coordinate with title insurance and closing docs.
• Communicate closing requirements to internal and external partners and manage workflow.
