Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-6 years SBA experience preferred.
• 5-6 years loan closing / loan operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee due diligence for SBA loans from post-acceptance to funding.
• Coordinate with SBA Sales and SBA credit to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Report progress of loan closings to leadership at regular intervals.
• Mentor junior team members and support closings across the bank.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and federal/state regulations.
