Job summary

Pinnacle Bank is seeking an SBA Closing Advisor to guide clients through the SBA/USDA loan closing process, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. You will collaborate with sales, credit, and legal teams to review documentation and approvals, and to coordinate closing packages.

The role requires strong knowledge of banking regulations, SBA SOPs, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on SBA/USDA loan closing processes and required documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and closing teams to ensure on-time closings.
• Review loan approvals, prepare due diligence and closing packages, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders and manage closing workflow.
