Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-6 years SBA/loan closing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee due diligence for new SBA loans and modifications.
• Coordinate with SBA Sales and SBA Credit to ensure compliance.
• Report loan closings progress to leadership on a regular basis.
• Review and collect required documentation for loan approvals.
• Interface with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and SBA as needed.
• Ensure proper entry in LOS and documentation accuracy.
