Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively markets to develop and grow referral sources; target 1000+ in database.
• Lead end-to-end SBA loan process from submission to closing in coordination with Credit and Closing.
• Maintain loan pipeline information in nCino; prepare loan summaries for decisions.
• Deliver timely proposals and commitments; ensure deposit and post-closing steps.
• Attend sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and training to meet goals.
