City National Bank Florida is seeking an SBA Business Development Officer to lead SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loan activity, grow deposits, and expand the bank's presence in the local market. You will pursue and service potential and existing clients, building relationships and delivering tailored presentations.

The role emphasizes strategic lead development, strong credit insight, and close collaboration with internal teams to structure loans and drive revenue while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of SBA 7a & 504 lending experience or equivalent in selling financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in financial services and developing new business.
• Experience prospecting, building relationships with clients, and referring opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Meets and exceeds individual sales goals while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Establishes a steady SBA business development cadence in the market with lead selection, research, tailored presentations, and call strategies.
• Sources and cultivates new business relationships and expands the COI base for referrals and growth.
• Facilitates SBA loan packaging, closing, funding, and ongoing credit management in collaboration with internal teams.
