Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years of government lending experience in a community bank or similar financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SBA and government lending regulations and programs.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate SBA/USDA lending opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and outside calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, referral partners and community organizations.
• Promote the Bank's products and services to support long-term client relationships.
• Develop and submit government-guaranteed loan applications and complete loan packages for underwriting.
