Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking an operational liaison to manage end-to-end lifecycle for satellite, cellular, and cloud services. You will oversee incident management, logistics, asset control, and advisory cost reporting to support warfighter readiness.

The role requires active security clearance considerations, strong ITSM and logistics background, and the ability to translate complex data into clear customer guidance. This is a full-time on-site position in the Virginia area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain management, IT, business, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop logistic support requirements and link functions.
• ITSM knowledge with ITIL experience preferred.
• Strong financial oversight, budget monitoring, and cost management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate data into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident and performance management, tracking from initiation to resolution.
• Manage logistics and asset data, including CMDB accuracy and audits.
• Monitor cloud/bandwidth usage against budgets and prepare advisory reports.
• Lead service stand-up, vendor handoffs, and maintain SOPs and runbooks.
