Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end service life cycles for satellite, cellular, and cloud offerings. You will oversee incidents, manage assets in the CMDB, monitor budgets, and prepare cost-saving advisories to support warfighter readiness.

The role requires an Active Secret Clearance, strong ITSM knowledge, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Travel is around 25% with a robust benefits package and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience applying ITSM principles and practices; ITIL certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with financial oversight, budgeting, and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical data for customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incidents and performance metrics from detection through resolution or workaround.
• Maintain CMDB for hardware including satellite dishes and SIM cards; conduct audits.
• Track cloud usage against budgets and prepare advisory reports on costs.
• Lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, and document SOPs.
