Job summary

SimVentions in Virginia is seeking an operations liaison to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services. You will ensure service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and thorough documentation.

This role supports logistics, incident management, and operational readiness, with travel around 25%. An ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US Citizenship are required to obtain clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, business, or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience with logistics support, asset management and ITSM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Performance Management: oversee alerts, dashboards, incidents and resolution.
• Logistics & Asset Management: maintain CMDB and perform inventory audits.
• Financial Oversight & Advisory: monitor cloud usage and prepare cost-saving reports.
• Operational Readiness & Transition: lead new service stand-ups and vendor handoffs; write SOPs.
