Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing logistic support requirements and linkages across functions.
• Strong ITSM knowledge; ITIL preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with budget oversight and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex data for customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident & performance management with dashboards and queues.
• Manage logistics and asset data, including CMDB accuracy.
• Track cloud usage and budgets; advise on cost savings.
• Lead service stand-ups, vendor handoffs, and SOP creation.
• Develop SOPs and runbooks for consistency.
