Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a logistics and operational readiness specialist to serve as the primary liaison for end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services.

You will monitor, manage assets, document processes, and support readiness for warfighter missions from a financial and operational perspective. The role includes incident management, asset control, and advisory on cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with security requirements and program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM principles and ITIL preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with financial oversight and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical data for customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident queue, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Prioritize and document incidents from initiation to resolution.
• Evaluate actions to prevent degradation and breaches.
• Maintain CMDB for all hardware and perform inventory audits.
• Track cloud usage against budgets and prepare advisory reports.
• Lead service stand-ups, vendor handoffs, and SOPs.
