Job summary

SimVentions in Stafford, VA seeks a primary operational liaison for end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services. You will support logistics, asset management, incident management, and operational readiness to enable mission success for warfighters.

This role requires 25% travel, active Secret clearance, and strong ITSM, financial oversight, and communications skills. You will develop SOPs, maintain CMDBs, monitor metrics, and advise customers on cost-saving

Qualifications

• Logistics and logistics support requirements development across functions.
• Strong ITSM knowledge; ITIL certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical/financial data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident & performance management including alerts and metrics.
• Manage logistics & asset management including CMDB and audits.
• Provide financial oversight & advisory on cloud/bandwidth usage and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead stand-up of new services, vendor handoffs, and create SOPs/runbooks.
