Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for end-to-end lifecycle management of satellite, cellular, and cloud services. You will support logistics, incident management, and operational readiness to ensure excellent service and financial health.

Role involves managing CMDBs, budget tracking, and developing SOPs/runbooks for consistent operations; travel up to 25% and active security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, business administration, or related field.
• Experience applying ITSM concepts; ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident management lifecycle and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain CMDB and perform regular inventory audits.
• Track cloud usage and budget vs baselines; prepare advisory reports.
• Lead new service stand-ups and develop SOPs/runbooks.
