Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a primary operational liaison to manage end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud services. You’ll oversee incidents, monitor performance metrics, and ensure inventory accuracy through CMDB audits.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, US Citizenship, and the ability to coordinate logistics, financial oversight, and operational readiness across teams. You will craft SOPs and support transitions while sustaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing logistic support requirements.
• Strong ITSM knowledge; ITIL preferred.
• Experience with budget oversight and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data into actionable advice.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Performance Management: oversee alerts, dashboard metrics (latency, throughput, uptime), and the incident queue.
• Logistics & Asset Management: maintain CMDB for hardware, perform audits to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Financial Oversight & Advisory: track cloud consumption and bandwidth; prepare advisory reports on cost-saving opportunities.
• Operational Readiness & Transition: lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, and maintain SOPs/runbooks.
