Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a senior Logistics & Operations Liaison to manage end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud services for the warfighter.

You will ensure service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and rigorous documentation. Responsibilities include incident management, CMDB oversight, and development of SOPs to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Must develop logistic support requirements and link functions across multiple missions.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM); ITIL certification preferred.
• Analytical skills with experience in financial oversight, budget monitoring, and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex data into actionable customer guidance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident & performance management: alerts, dashboards, incidents from start to finish.
• Lead logistics & asset management: maintain CMDB for hardware, inventories audits.
• Handle financial oversight & advisory: track cloud consumption and prepare cost-saving reports.
• Drive operational readiness & transition: stand up new services and create SOPs.
