Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs including S/4HANA migrations and AI-driven initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client engagements, and drive large workstreams from planning through execution. Travel 40–60% may be required.

Strong expertise in SAP BTP, Signavio, LeanIX, and the RISE operating model is essential, along with a proven track record in delivering complex SAP projects in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years of SAP implementation experience, S/4HANA migrations.
• Familiar with SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on use of SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, drive sessions, and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure tasks are completed.
