Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation initiatives, guiding teams and clients through S/4HANA migrations and modern SAP architectures. You will drive quality, risk management, and delivery across multi-disciplinary workstreams, often engaging with external clients and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree)
4–6 years of relevant SAP implementation experience
Experience with S/4HANA migrations (greenfield, brownfield, SDT)
Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles
Experience delivering SAP projects under SAP RISE
Willingness to travel 40–60%

Responsibilities

Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk.
Engage with external clients, participate in sessions, lead workstreams from planning to closure.
Travel may be required as needed.
Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
