EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA) across greenfield and brownfield migrations. You will guide teams, manage risks, and engage clients in sessions from planning to closure.

The role emphasizes leveraging SAP BTP, SAP Build, and SAP Integration Suite to enable clean core delivery and AI-enabled efficiencies, with travel of 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience with S/4HANA migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services: Build, Integration Suite, and BDC.
• Project experience using SAP Active methodology for implementations or transformations.
• Ability to travel 40–60% as required by client needs.
