Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to drive SAP transformations, including S/4HANA migrations and clean-core delivery, while guiding cross-border teams and external clients. You’ll apply SAP BTP services and Signavio to enable modern architecture and AI-enabled efficiencies.

Travel of 40–60% is expected as part of client engagements; a 4-year degree and 4–6 years SAP experience are required. EY offers a hybrid model and a broad Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience.
• Experience delivering S/4HANA migrations (greenfield, brownfield, SDT).
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on use of SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, and BDC).
• Travel willingness (40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution.
• Travel as required to support external client engagements.
