Job summary

The role blends technical SAP expertise with leadership, risk management, and cross‑border collaboration across diverse teams in a global services environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP project experience including S/4HANA migrations.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE model.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services usage (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Experience with SAP Active methodology across programs.
• Exposure to AI capabilities in SAP delivery (SAP Joule).
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of SAP transformation projects with a focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, run working sessions, and steer workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction to team members and ensure timely, effective solutions.
