Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the delivery of SAP-enabled transformations. You will guide client engagements, manage risk, and drive value through strategic SAP initiatives across S/4HANA, BTP, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients, steering complex programs from planning through closure, while traveling up to 60% as required to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Project experience with SAP Active methodology across deployments.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP Joule.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions and projects with emphasis on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients; participate in sessions and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Travel as required by external clients.
