Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation initiatives, guiding delivery, risk management, and client engagement. You will drive workstreams, collaborate with external clients, and manage cross-border teams to deliver quality solutions. Travel up to 40–60% is expected.

You will bring deep SAP experience across S/4HANA migrations, RISE, BTP services, and AI-enabled approaches, shaping modern ERP programs for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Project experience with SAP Active methodology.
• Exposure to AI in SAP delivery, including SAP Joule and Agentic AI.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending changes to policies and establishing procedures that impact your work area.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
