Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP-based transformations and complex programs across client engagements. You will guide teams, manage risk, and ensure quality outcomes in a globally connected EY network.

This role emphasizes driving strategic modernization, leveraging SAP RISE, BTP, and AI-enabled capabilities while collaborating with vendors and ecosystem partners. Travel up to 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Experience with SAP Clean Core in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services, including Build, Integration Suite, and BDC.
• Project experience with SAP Active methodology across implementations.
• Exposure to AI in SAP, including SAP Joule and Agentic AI use cases.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in sessions and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Travel as required by external clients.
