Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP-enabled transformations. You will guide teams, manage client sessions, and drive multi-workstream programs from planning through execution.

The role requires strong collaboration across borders and a strategic focus on clean core, AI-enabled SAP solutions, and Rise methodology. The position emphasizes travel (40–60%) to meet client needs and deliver measurable business value within EY's hybrid client-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years of SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE model.
• Hands-on use of SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in SAP delivery (Joule).
• Travel approximately 40–60% as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions and projects with a focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, participate in workshops, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
