Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs, guiding S/4HANA migrations and clean core development across landscapes.

You will engage with client teams and vendors, travel 40-60% as needed, and deliver measurable outcomes by applying SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and BTP services in a modern, AI‑driven SAP delivery approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on with SAP BTP services: SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and BDC.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP Joule and Agentic AI use cases.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage regularly with external clients, leading workstreams from planning through closure.
• Travel as required (40-60%).
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task success.
