Job summary

EY is hiring for a Manager in Application Design and Development to guide SAP transformation programs and drive measurable outcomes for clients. You will leverage SAP S/4HANA, BTP services, and AI-driven tools while coordinating cross-border teams and vendor partnerships within EY’s hybrid client-facing model.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of SAP experience, and a willingness to travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years of SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP: Build, Integration Suite, and Data Cloud.
• Experience applying SAP Active methodology to implementations or transformations.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, participate in workshops, and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
