Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation initiatives and complex SAP projects. You will guide delivery, manage risk, and coordinate with external clients while driving clean core development and data modernization efforts.

The role requires 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience, expertise in S/4HANA migrations, and involvement with SAP BTP services. Travel up to 60% and a hybrid client-facing work model are expected.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
