Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-centric transformation programs for clients. You will manage delivery across planning, execution and closure, engaging with external clients and guiding workstreams. Travel up to 40-60% may be required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant SAP experience, with focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services including SAP Build and SAP Integration Suite.
• Project experience using SAP Active methodology across implementations or transformations.
• Exposure to AI capabilities in SAP delivery, including SAP Joule and Agentic AI use cases.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.
