Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-centric transformations and guide client engagements from planning through closure. This role emphasizes risk-aware delivery, strategic advisory, and hands-on execution across SAP landscapes.

You will work with client teams, advise on deployment strategies, and manage multi-disciplinary efforts while traveling 40–60% as required. EY offers a hybrid client-facing model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP Joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a strong focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participating in sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
