Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs, guiding complex S/4HANA migrations and clean-core modernization. You’ll drive client engagements, oversee planning through execution, and collaborate with vendors in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will combine technical SAP expertise with strong leadership, ensuring quality and risk management while traveling 40–60% as required by client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
