Job summary

EY in the US is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-based transformations with a strong focus on quality, risk management, and client delivery.

You will guide workstreams, engage with external clients, and travel 40–60% as needed.

Deliver S/4HANA migrations (greenfield, brownfield, SDT), apply SAP BTP services, and promote clean-core modernization across SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6 years of relevant SAP experience with S/4HANA migrations.
• Experience in SAP Clean Core principles and RISE operating model.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services and tooling experience.
• Ability to manage cross-border teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP-based transformations with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, guide workstreams from planning to closure.
