Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP programs and ensure quality, risk management, and client-focused delivery. You’ll guide sessions with clients and drive workstreams from planning through closure, with travel as needed.

You’ll apply expertise across S/4HANA migrations, SAP BTP services, ECC-to-S/4 migrations, and integrated toolchains to optimize modern SAP landscapes and deliver measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations experience.
• Working knowledge of Clean Core principles in SAP.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE model.
• Hands-on with SAP BTP services: Build, Integration Suite, BDC.
• Proficient in AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including Joule.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of SAP-based processes and projects.
• Engage with external clients; guide workshops and workstreams.
• Travel 40–60% as required by client engagements.
