Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP-enabled transformation programs. You will guide workflows from planning through execution, engage with external clients, and ensure quality and risk management across projects.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, expertise in SAP technologies, and the ability to manage diverse teams and vendors in a complex transformation landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Experience with SAP Active methodology across implementations or transformations.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for results.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
