Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation initiatives and manage delivery with a focus on quality and risk. You will collaborate with external clients, guide teams, and drive complex workstreams from planning to closure.

Travel may be required to meet client needs and ensure success across engagements. You will apply expertise in S/4HANA migrations, SAP BTP services, and related architecture tools to deliver modern, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience with SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, Business Data Cloud).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology during implementations or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide direction to team members and ensure successful task completion.
