Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (CUC) seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across modules including EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Payroll. You will supervise technical teams, govern platform standards, and partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable, secure HXM solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as platform/technical lead.
• 2+ full lifecycle SF implementations across modules including EC.
• Experience with multi-country HR processes and localization.

Responsibilities

• Define target SF architecture across modules and instances (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Establish platform standards, interface catalog, and data contracts.
• Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI, SFAPI, and SFTP.
• Oversee data quality, security, and compliance for HR data.
