Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives and drive enterprise delivery across global teams. You will shape incentive compensation programs, collaborate with sales operations and finance, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in SAP transformation, deep SPM expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
Experience leading SPM, Incentive Compensation, or Sales Compensation.
Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SPM program delivery across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management and reporting.
Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses and define roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and manage testing strategy.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations, data migration, integrations, and enhancements.
