Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams while driving program governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration activities.
Define and manage testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
