EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation programs and oversee enterprise delivery across global teams. You will drive incentive compensation initiatives, gather requirements, map solutions, manage testing, and partner with sales operations and finance to align incentives with enterprise objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs and 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive or Commission Management transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Experience with SAP Best Practices, Clean Core, modern SAP methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning to stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, fit-gap analyses, and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives with sales ops and finance.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies.
