Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation programs and align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives. You will collaborate with global onshore and offshore teams to deliver complex SAP SPM implementations and drive healthcare analytics, automation, and process optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
Experience leading SPM and related transformation implementations.
Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with SAP SPM or related SPM platforms like Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams and drive program governance and reporting.
Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and oversee implementations, data migration, and testing.
Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure quality and delivery excellence.
